Inspiration Star Award

Our annual Star Awards program allows Working Well to celebrate local employees who put wellbeing first! Once again, we’ve chosen to highlight our Inspiration Award that honors individuals who inspire others to live healthier lives. Individuals will be recognized for inspiring fellow employees by significantly changing their lifestyle habits, improving their health, leading by example, and/or organizing health initiatives that have inspired coworkers and others. You may nominate as many employees as you believe to be worthy of this recognition.

Judging Criteria and Deadline
A Working Well Board Committee will review all applications to determine the Inspiration Award winner. All applications must be received by the submission deadline above in order to be considered. Awards will be presented at this year’s Working Well CEO Breakfast. All winners will be notified prior to the event in order to reserve seating.
