KEYNOTE: 5 Key Principles to Rehumanize and Future-Proof Your Workplace

Now more than ever, businesses of all sizes and industries have an opportunity and responsibility to reset and be deliberate about creating a consistent experience of the organization’s culture – where people feel a true sense of belonging, purpose, and connection. Rosie will outline 5 key principles anyone can leverage to rehumanize workplaces while restoring hope, wellbeing, and performance.

TRAINING: Building and Leveraging the Power of Courageous Leadership

This interactive workshop will provide context and language to help foster greater self-awareness so you can show up as a braver leader, tangible tools to more effectively create psychologically safe teams and lead others in a way that nurtures their total wellbeing, and key ways to build and nurture courageous team and organizational cultures that allow everyone to thrive.

You won’t want to miss this year’s Breakfast and Training Workshop! Learn more about our speaker Dr. Rosie Ward and why we’re excited she’s coming back to Tallahassee.

The Star Awards: Recognition, Innovation & Inspiration

This year’s submission deadline has passed. Thank you to all who sent in your nominees!

Our annual Star Awards program allows Working Well to celebrate our community organizations that put employee well-being first! These awards honor organizations that:

  • Initiate, as well as maintain, employee wellness programs;
  • Think outside the box and use innovative activities to motivate their employees;
  • Recognize and award an individual employee who has inspired others to live healthier lives.

We encourage any organization with a wellness program to apply. Many will be recognized for establishing Employee Well-being Programs. One company will be recognized for its outstanding innovation. And one individual employee will be recognized for inspiring fellow employees by significantly changing lifestyle habits. You may nominate as many employees as you believe to be worthy of this recognition.
